Booking with TasVillas Group

General
All prices quoted are in AUD Australian Dollars.
Guests are required to be over 18 years of age to make bookings.
Infant ages are generally defined as 0-2 years for accommodation.
Child ages are generally defined as 3-15 years for accommodation.
Other products and services outlined on our website define their own infant and child ages.

Booking Procedure
On confirmation of a booking, immediate payment  is required for all flights, ferry sailings and travel insurance. Immediate payment is also required for selected car hire. For accommodation and attractions, a deposit of $100.00 or 10% of the booking total (whichever is greater) is required, and the balance will be due 30 days prior to travel.
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards (a 1% transaction fee applies to all card payments), money order, cheque and direct deposit.
At the time of your booking, please ensure you notify us of any special requirements you may have, such as ground floor, estimated time of arrival, etc.

Cancellations and Amendments
Amendments and cancellations are made by contacting the TasVillas Group Central Reservations Office on 1800 030 111 or by email to [email protected]
After a deposit has been received, amendments and/or cancellations may be subject to fees of up to $50.00. After a final payment has been received, amendments and/or cancellations may be subject to fees of up to $100.00. No refunds generally apply to no shows, cancellations or amendments made within 3 days (72 hours) of check in (2:00pm) at a property.

Amendments to a reservation that have not been acknowledged and authorised by TasVillas Group cannot be guaranteed.

Check In and Check Out

General check in time is 2:00pm and check out is 10:00am, unless otherwise stipulated.

Check in procedures may include a property requiring your credit card details for security measures if any additional expenditure occurs.

Late Arrivals

If arriving after 5:00pm at your accommodation, please contact TasVillas Group during office hours, or the relevant property to advise. Please be aware that if a late arrival is not advised, you may not be able to gain access to your accommodation. The above cancellation policy will apply.

Reception Hours

Please note that each property’s reception hours differ and may close early during certain seasons. Please visit the relevant property page on this website for reception hours.

Additional Products and Services

Products and services booked by TasVillas Group (excluding TasVillas Group member properties) are subject to their own amendment/cancellation policies and procedures. TasVillas Group cannot accept responsibility for the policy details of these products and services.

TasVillas Group Hours of Operation

The TasVillas Group Central Reservations Office opening hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday AEST, excluding all National Public Holidays.
Please note we are not opened Saturday and Sunday.
