Seahorse World provides fun-filled, 45-minute educational tours of its unique farm, the only Government registered seahorse farm in Australia. Learn about the secretive life of these beautiful endangered animals, how they are fed and raised and exported all around the world to major aquariums. You will see them from babies through to breeders and even get an opportunity to carefully hold one in the touch tank. Other creatures of the wild seas around Tasmania are also displayed including Weedy Seadragons, the Giant Tasmanian Crab, local egg-laying sharks and cuttlefish.

An extensive gift shop supplies an interesting array of marine themed items and Tasmanian produce and souvenirs.
