Utilising the magnificent old and new growth forests around Hollybank, located just a short drive from Launceston, Treetops Adventure Hollybank offers a unique and exhilarating adventure into this spectacular world.

Zipline Tour

This tour combines the adrenaline rush of a high wire zipline ride with an informative and highly entertaining outlook of the forest.

The adventure consists of a 2.5-hour, multi-stage zipline ride in the tree canopy, far above the forest floor, the very best place to enjoy the wonders that this unique landscape offers. Every possible care has been taken to ensure no damage has been done to the forest trees and undergrowth. The structure is secured to the treetops by a uniquely Australian method that ensures no damage to the actual host tree.

Enjoy the adventure in groups of no more than 14 people, aided by two highly qualified guides. A comprehensive overview of the forest is provided by the local guides, most of whom have grown up in and around this extraordinary asset.

Everyone is supplied with complete equipment, including helmet, harness, and all attachments to secure the adventurer to the cables. The gear is customised to fit by their guides, leaving the wearer comfortable and secure.

Segway Tour
The tour combines the adrenaline rush of a Segway ride with an informative and highly entertaining outlook of the forest.

The adventure consists of a 90-minute, exhilarating glide on tracks that have been established on the forest floor; a remarkable place to enjoy the wonders that this unique landscape offers.

Enjoy the adventure in groups of no more than 7 people who are assigned a professional guide to show you the basics of riding. They also offer their in-depth local knowledge to give you a truly memorable experience. They are responsible for your safety and they also communicate a strong ecological and conservation message throughout the tour.

Everyone is supplied with complete equipment, including helmet and a personal communication system.

Segway Tours are suitable for all healthy individuals who weigh between 45kg & 117kg.

Arriving at the Visitor’s Centre, deep in the Hollybank Eucalypt Forest, you are met by their expert guides. Here you are fully briefed in all aspects of your tour, including the safety standards and expectations.

Treetops Ropes Course

Designed for participants over 3 years of age, the Treetops Ropes Course has been designed to cater for both the thrill seeker and the nature lover. Choose your own path as you navigate through wobbly bridges, balance across tight ropes and crawl through nets. Courses start from 2-25 metres and are both physically and mentally challenging, it is also a great group activity allowing individuals to push personal boundaries with team support.

Open 7 days a week and caters for all healthy individuals aged from 3 to over 80. For those who do not wish to participate in the tours, the centre is surrounded by magnificent pathways through the forest to enjoy a leisurely walk. Hollybank Treetops Adventure operates throughout the year, rain or shine. Wet weather gear is available for a small hire charge, or you can bring your own.
